After choosing the plan that best suits your practice’s needs, you will receive the URL and user login credentials for your web portal, and monitoring equipment will be shipped directly to your door. Access your web portal or EMR system to complete patient enrollments then connect the patient to their monitoring device. ECG data will be transmitted via cellular network to our team of certified cardiac technicians who will generate reports for physician review (ECG data may also be uploaded via USB drive). Once returned, simply connect the monitoring device to USB to backup stored data and prepare the device for future enrollments.
